Hi mamas, papas, parents, nannies, and caregivers of those wild tots- welcome to the new Tampa location KOMA classes hosted at Community Roots Collective!

Lets play!!

♥I've been a toddler nanny for 8 years and wanted to offer a class to the community to help give caregivers of littles an opportunity to get out and be playful.

♥These gatherings are flexible and fun, incorporating a lot of body movement, dancing, singing, chanting, and overall chaos.

♥Toddlers (and us adults) need safe outlets for their weird, crazy, fun expressions of emotions and feelings.

♥Most of us are taught to suppress our emotions and feelings, so we suppress our voice and movements.

♥✦Its time for a toddler reclamation!✦♥

♥Its time to remember the magic of bubbles, ribbon wands, silly dancing, breath, and fascination with our human experience.

♥So i invite you and your families to join me, Cierra, to party and play with me outdoors!

♥A typical run down of our time together:

ʕ·ᴥ·ʔ Circle time: Breathing Practices, Body stretchin’

ʕ·ᴥ·ʔ Movement expression: Dancing, playing, silliness

ʕ·ᴥ·ʔ Bubble party: giant bubbles, little bubbles, and bubbles of sizes in between!

♥These are super free, open, and playful classes that help your kiddos (and you) release their wild without rigid structures or expectations- because we get enough of that in so many other areas of our lives.

♥This is a YES environment. Yes to play. Yes to sitting. Yes to dancing. Yes to experimentation. Yes to expression. Yes to fun. Yes to loud. Yes to quiet. Yes to fast. Yes to slow. Yes to whatever is real and alive in that moment!

♥These classes are open to ALL ages, but a lot of the music selected are toddler tunes (but I know we can all get down to a little Head, Shoulders, Knees, and Toes)

The parking lot for Community Roots is located behind the building off of W West St. We'll be in the outside space located to the left of the building looking from the parking lot in the fenced in area with a playground. I'll have a yellow tapestry hanging so that you can easily find us!
